Thank you to our community for voting us Best Enchiladas and Best Tea for the third year in a row! We are grateful and blessed that our mother’s enchiladas continue to be loved by so many. In 1964, “Mamita” started with a small rented kitchen, one employee, and a dream. Through hard work, love, and dedication, she created the recipes that built Las Vegas Café. The Readers' Choice award is more than a recognition—it’s a tribute to her legacy and to the generations of customers who have become part of our family. Today we want to recognize someone very special to our restaurant family — Lucy.🌷

After 25 years of dedication, hard work, and loyalty, Lucy is beginning a new chapter in her life. For a quarter of a century she has been an important part of our restaurant, serving our guests, supporting her coworkers, and helping make this place feel like home.

Lucy also faithfully led our daily prayers, bringing faith, encouragement, and positivity to our team each day. Her kindness and caring spirit have touched so many people who have worked here over the years.🙏❤️

While we are very proud of Lucy for pursuing a new career, it is also bittersweet for us because she will truly be missed.
