Here at Milk & Honey we hope to provide our guests with a simple yet excellent eating experience. We use fresh, local ingredients to create meals that appeal to a wide variety of tastes, while maintaining an accessible price point for any who might wish to join us. Building and sustaining our local community is very important to us, so we strive to support as many producers of high quality, locally-grown food as possible. Our fast casual dining service allows folks to choose a quick meal to go if their time is limited - or if it is not, to enjoy a relaxing experience in our newly-renovated space in the historic Booth Building. We hope to preserve and promote our restaurant as one piece of Harlan’s vibrant downtown square.
