We’ve been working hard at Harlan County B**r Company to do our part to make downtown Harlan beautiful this fall! 🍂🎃

A huge shout-out to Matt’s Feed & Seed and Ridgeside Market for the beautiful pumpkins, flowers, straw, and fodder shock that helped bring our fall display to life!

We also want to thank Kustom FX Graphics for the beautiful mural on the side of our building. We’ll share more about it soon, but for now, check out one of our favorite details: local coal incorporated into the mural in the shape of Harlan County! 🖤

Come take a look, enjoy the fall decorations, and spend a little time downtown. We’re proud to call Harlan home!

Our Harlan County B**r Company family is heartbroken by the loss of Cheyanna Shuler, beloved daughter of Tonya Saylor, who worked with us for several years and will always be part of our HCBC family.

Cheyanna was only 23, but she filled those years with love, sass, adventure, and extraordinary strength. After facing challenges no young person should have had to endure, she showed everyone who loved her what it meant to be “Cheyanna strong.” She will be remembered as a fighter, a firecracker, and a fiercely loving daughter, sister, and friend.

Please hold Tonya and all of Cheyanna’s family and loved ones up in the light in the difficult days ahead. May they find comfort in the many lives Cheyanna touched and in the memory of her beautiful, fearless spirit.

The Kentucky Wildcats take on No. 12 Alabama today, and Harlan County B**r Company is the best place in town to catch every play!

With lots of big-screen TVs, great food, cold drinks, and plenty of fellow UK fans, there’s no better place to cheer on the Cats. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. on ABC—come early, grab your favorite seat, and settle in for some SEC football!

Tonight we’re getting ready for an in-house catered buffet, complete with steak tips, ribs, all the fixings, and these absolutely gorgeous cheesecakes made by Meagan. 😍

But catering from HCBC doesn’t have to mean a big formal event!

Hosting a family gathering, birthday party, office lunch, team dinner, or just a house full of hungry people? We can prepare large to-go containers of pulled pork, mac & cheese, and many more of your HCBC favorites so you can pick it up, take it home, and let us do the cooking.

We told you there were exciting things coming from the kitchen with Grant and Drake’s leadership, and this week’s special is a good one!

We’re keeping it close to home with a Kentucky Proud Fish Basket featuring:

🐟 An oversized catfish fillet, fried golden in Kentucky Proud fish batter
🌽 Hush puppies made with Kentucky-milled cornmeal
🍟 French fries
🥬 Coleslaw
🥣 Our housemade tartar sauce
