This cake was filled with strawberry buttercream, wrapped in marshmallow fondant and white chocolate pink drip.

Baking life hack:

When baking cheesecake, rather than using aluminum foil around your pan in the water bath, use a silicone pan of the same size. No leaking, no soggy botton. I have 8 inch, and am ordering 9 jnch and 10 inch as well. It works like a dream!
