Good afternoon y’all! We wanted to give a huge shout to y’all! We started these meal preps to help us out during the slow season/renovations at work and because I truly love cooking for others! Each and every one of y’all have helped us grow whether y’all ordered, supported, shared, or commented and we appreciate all of you!

With that said we have an announcement 📢

Work has been picking up so much and with the holidays fast approaching we wanted to let y’all know that we will be taking a break from meal prepping for a while. I’ve learned so much during these last few months and look forward to what the future holds for Me-N-U Meals. Be on the look out for Mardi Gras, we’ll be doing boudin and other savory king cakes 🙌🏼. Also if y’all have an event y’all would like catered, please don’t hesitate to let us know! Thank y’all so much! We have some heavy hearts telling y’all this, but this isn’t goodbye, it’s see y’all later 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

🔆Good morning everyone! It’s time to drop next weeks menu, but before we do we want y’all to know that with all the price increases we had to adjust some items. Meal prices are still $12.00 per meal, but the 15 meal price has increased by $5.00 and our soup prices have increased to $7 a pint and $14 a quart! We appreciate y’all understanding and continued support! Thank y’all so very much! 🫶🫶🫶
