Vietnamese food has a balance of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. This is showcased in our Gabo Vermicelli bowl! A mix of egg rolls, shrimp, chicken and pork for all of you meat lovers. Not to worry we have tofu and gluten free options as well for our vermicelli bowls. Topped with fresh veggies and fish sauce, this dish is a great combo of hot and cold, soft and crispy and fermented vs fresh. What do you like in your vermicelli bowls?

Ever wonder what appetizers we have?
In the pictures we have fried tofu, spring rolls with a choice of a veggie roll, shrimp tempara, and pork potstickers! We also have chicken potstickers! The red sauce is our sweet chili sauce and the yellow sauce is our house made fish sauce 😋
