Good morning again Hanscom!

Although I am still currently closed
I have some exciting news for those of you anywhere near building 1305 a.k.a. the brown building
We have recently opened a brand new micromarket
It has freshly made sandwiches prepackaged and ready to go it is all self service and I think you might like what you find there
Please check it out and let me know what you think
Hopefully I will see you all at my place before I get way too old :-)

Just checking in
Still have not found a cook yet
I honestly never thought I would have this kind of trouble
I am now researching other options perhaps replacing people with electronics
I will see how that goes
But I have not given up on you guys yet
Please don’t give up hope

If you are interested please contact me
Currently the job is Monday through Thursday will be open from 6:3AM until 12:30 PM so figure a half hour on either side of that extra for your hours
Making sandwiches cleaning counters having fun with customers

Trouble in paradise

Well my friends
I am sad to say it looks like I’m going to be closing temporarily again
As the cook that I just hired is unable to come back to work.
I had an interesting prospect in line
However it seems that she’s not going to work out
So I am looking again for other options
You may be see in me there Monday morning because I have to receive a delivery
But I will not be open yet sadly
Hope to post more positive stuff soon

Possible complications

So remember I’m close this week
However I received a text message from my cook explaining that she was unable to come back
So I am not sure if I’m going to have a cook to reopen with on August 2

So I’m going to give everybody a chance again this week

OK
I realize it’s only been two days
But that’s it for this week!
We will be open again Monday morning 630
And I can’t wait to see all those people that I didn’t see yesterday or today
And this means you!
On another note
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my menu
The new menu is at the printers right now
Hopefully it’ll be here soon
And then will get it up on the page
Thank you all for your support
And again be patient because things are going to be a little up-and-down over the next several weeks
My cook is active military and she will be going for training the last week of the month I will post those dates next week
And then I know that August 17 I will be getting my serve safe recertification
So I can make sure I give you people all the safe food that you deserve :-)
