Small Win Wednesday share with me your small wins today! I'll start! Wednesdays are my day off but I struggle with doing things for myself (I blame the millennial need to always be productive to prove my worth) but I also want to just be an unwatered houseplant today, so I decided to touch grass. Literally but in an I'm-not-working-but-still-productive way. Couple hundred kettlebell swings is good enough today. I will hopefully be a houseplant later to finish my book.

Our donation to YWCA Hanover Safe Home this week! This helps support those affected by domestic violence.

The need is still there so we will continue the collection in the Bakeshop. I deliver on Wednesdays.

Well I think our newest cookie is a hit! Figaro is chocolate batter with Reese's Pieces and a derivative of our very popular Galileo. Our stash of cookie dough for Figaro was completely wiped out! We will work on a restock soon so he can be a feature flavor in our cookie jar!

It was a good sign when I pulled into work on Cookie Day and Bohemian Rhapsody started playing on the radio. IYKYK. Love when the universe aligns and approves!

Spanakopita has been restocked in both sizes! This is my Greek grandmother's recipe (though I do double the feta). Available on our cold menu and comes with easy heating instructions!

Spanakopita is spinach, feta, and ricotta in phyllo dough. I also make Tiropita, which is the all cheese version. Both come in an appetizer size and a lunch size.

These were always much anticipated appetizers at every holiday when I was growing up. And are one of the few traditions that I have personally continued as holidays have changed through generations and years. They are literally the only reason I turn my oven on at home. Worth it.

One of our special orders today had a conflict of distance and chose to donate their items in their stead. So we delivered their items to our neighbor, SpiriTrust Lutheran The Village at Utz Terrace. The staff and residents were very appreciative!
