We started this bakery in September of 2013 after a year of planning and hoping. We are a home based online bakery that is state certified and licensed. All of our products are home made and full of the freshest ingredients available. We have 8 specialty flavors and then our traditional flavor but we can create anything that you are looking for! Our specialty flavors include:

Red Raspberry Raptur

e: A White champagne cake with fresh raspberry juice, filled with a red raspberry curd, topped with a white champagne buttercream! Chocolate Coma: A dark chocolate cake filled with a chocolate butter cream topped with a chocolate Italian buttercream. Wedding Cake: A white cake infused with a hint fresh lemon filled with a lemon curd topped with a vanilla buttercream. Coconut Dream: A coconut cake filled with a creamy filling infused with fresh coconut flakes topped with a vanilla Italian buttercream. Ooie Gooie Oreo: Chocolate cake filled with a marshmallow cream topped with an oreo cookie buttercream. Peach Paradise: It's peach cobbler in a cupcake, it's a yellow cake with fresh peaches and brown sugar baked in to it with a whipped cream filling and topped with a peach and bourbon infused butter cream. Grans Black Joe: This is a very moist chocolate cake rich with flavor with just a hint of coffee topped with a marshmallow icing. PB&J just right!: This is a rich butter yellow cake filled with a jelly filling of your choice(Grape,Strawberry,Raspberry) topped with a peanut butter buttercream.

Hey all! Here is our Christmas Menu!
Cupcakes will be 15.00 a dozen here are the specialty flavors:
🎄 Candy Cane Lane- A red velvet and vanilla marble cake with a peppermint icing.
🎅 Hot Cocoa Kiss- A chocolate mocha cake with a marshmallow filling vanilla icing and a kiss.
🎄Snoball Fight!- A coconut cake with a creamy filling and vanilla icing, topped with coconut to look like a snowball.
🎅 Sugarplum Dream- A vanilla almond cake with a mixed fruit couils and vanilla icing.
🎄 The Grinch- A green funfetti cake with red vanilla icing.

We also offer any of our other flavors, and any of our flavors can be made into cakes.

🍪 We will also be offering cookie boxes! 24 cookies in a box, can be all 1 flavor or a variety.

As promised in our previous post, here is a start of our holiday menu!

Pies: 9" homemade pies are 10.00$ and we offer the following flavors.
🥧- Pumpkin Pie
🥧- Amish Minced Meat
🥧- French Apple Pie(Apples,Raisins and a vanilla glaze topping).
🥧-Apple Pie
Cupcakes are 20.00 a dozen. You can do a variety of our specialty flavors or you can mix in traditional flavors as well.
HOLIDAY FLAVORS:
🦃- The Great Pumpkin- Vanilla cinnamon cake with pumpkin pie filling and cream cheese icing.
🦃-Heavenly Harvest- An applesauce cake with fresh apples and raising topped with a caramel glaze.
🦃-Fall Funfetti- Vanilla cake with fall sprinkles inside and a vanilla or chocolate icing.
🦃-Dark & Sticky- A dark chocolate cupcake filled with vanilla caramel, caramel icing and a chocolate drizzle.

We will also have our classics like:
🧁- PB&J Done right- A rich butter cake filled with grape or Strawberry jam, topped with a peanut butter icing.
🧁- Blanche- A sweet seductive red velvet cake frosted with a cooked southern vanilla icing.
🧁- Gran's Black Joe- A rich chocolate cake with a marshmallow icing.
🧁- Strawberry Fields- Vanilla cake with a homemade Strawberry compote center and a vanilla icing.

As most of you know Lacey and I have owned and ran BellaBoo Bakery since 2015. We haven't done public events in a few years but after talking the last few days wanted to throw some feelers out there to our friends family and followers. This past year has been rough on the economy and these small towns and that doesn't fall short on us and with the holidays coming we wanted to try to do something special. We have tried and love a lot of the local bakeries and support them but as we are watching them put out all of their holiday menus we notice the prices and can't help to think about the people who just can't afford that kind of luxury but still want something special or decadent for the holiday. We have a special set of skills that we love using and would like to help the people of our community to have something special at the holiday times. We were thinking of putting out a special menu of things to offer through the holiday season including cakes, cookies, pies and cheesecakes at lower prices. We used to do donate a percent of the proceeds to the Spina Bifida Association this year we would like to put it back in the community to places like shelters and food banks. So please reach out let us know what you think or if you'd be interested. If we see interest Lace will put a Thanksgiving menu together and get it out shortly.
