EVERY WEEK—sometimes twice a week—we prepare and roast fresh ducks right here at Blue Koi for our famous Peking Duck. Why go to the extra effort? Because Chef Moon believes the quality of every dish begins with the quality of the ingredients.

THAT MEANS sourcing the finest, freshest ingredients he can find and preparing each dish with care—never taking shortcuts with frozen or canned substitutes.
