Our very first wedding is officially in the books, and my heart is so full! 🤍

What started as a dream became a reality this weekend as Carmen’s Creations had the honor of catering a beautiful wedding. Seeing everything come together, hearing the compliments, and knowing we played a small part in such a special day means more than words can express.

Sunday soul food: smothered ribeye steaks over white rice, baked Mac and cheese, garlic broccoli and some yummy rolls. Also made a biscotti cheesecake tat is still setting! Great food for the soul

It has been awhile but we are back! Thank you to the Gideons International for booking with us. Today gave me the reassurance to continue doing what I love and that’s serving people with a good meal.
