The Brass Lantern is closed today Thursday April 9 for a private event. We will be open tomorrow Friday April 10 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM for regular lunch service!

Students were hard at work preparing honey whole wheat and potato breads, applying the skills and techniques they learned in previous lessons. Their continued practice and dedication are clearly paying off, as they build confidence and consistency in the bakery. Bravo Halianne Catramboone gr12 and Dylan Showstack gr12.

Grade 10 and 12 bakery students learned how to make potato sourdough bread, and it was a very successful day of bread making and baking. Kudos to all of the students for their hard work!

Today we had two teams compete at Upper Cape Cod Techs burger and cupcake competition. They both created a burger and a cupcake. One team came out on top with the win! They made a fiesta burger with a churro surprise cupcake. Congratulations Logan(12), Lucas(12), Vinny (11) and Anna (9)!
