More of the ballpark brick oven. I had way more energy back then. 95 degrees in front of a 600 degree wood fired oven.
I loved it! Pizza and baseball.

* Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

I would like to give a huge shout-out to the Brick Oven Crew. Naturally, I think we have a great crew, but you all were amazing this past week. Tom Sawyer days are always a busy week for us, and our business has been amazing for quite some time. Our staff has worked tirelessly for a while, and I can’t thank you enough for the amazing job you all have done.

With that being said The Brick Oven will be closed on Tuesday July 7th and we will reopen Wednesday July 8th at 4 PM.
