Stans Burger Shak & Gift Shop Established in 1983.Located at the Junction of Highways 24 and 95, is the traditional Lake Powell st Eventually, business began to pick up.

Established in 1983 by Stan and Deena Alvey, Stan's started as a simple roadside burger joint, connected to a local convenience store. Stan's main purpose was to provide good, quality food, and customer service. The road side joint got to small to operate in, so Stan, Deena, and their kids helped build the new Stan's Burger Shak. They operated their for a while, and then again, changed locations. The newest version of Stan's Burger Shak is connected to a roadside gas station. Stan's son, Duke, purchased the burger joint from him in 1998, and later on, the gas station. Stan's has worked and improved for just over 30 years. Our goal is still the same- "To provide good quality food and service." We hope you stop by on your way to Lake Powell, and get to know us!
