Hot Cakes Cafe is back to summer hours! We will be OPEN Monday through Friday until Labor Day.
We have had several people ask, so if you are looking for early breakfast, we are coordinating with the EDJ to be open EARLY!

Lunch will be an ultimate mushroom and swiss burger with fried onions & beef gravy with choice of side.
