Our friends at Butcher Boys in Monticello hooked us up with some beautiful New York strip steaks! Each one is grilled to order, finished with garlic-herb butter and served with a crispy Hasselback potato. Limited supply—when they’re gone, they’re gone!

Pelkey’s Tavern served more than 1,000 clams in just two days! That is absolutely wild for our little Catskills tavern—and we can’t thank everyone enough for showing up hungry!
Since you wiped us out, we put together a fresh menu of specials for the rest of the weekend:
🇺🇸 Red, White & Blue Special
Six chilled Blue Point oysters with a cold can of Genesee Red L***r.
• Fried Calamari
• Pelkey Ballz!!!!!
• Black & Bleu Burger
• Buffalo S’Mac
• Cacio e Pepe Flatbread
And we might even have Escargot…if you ask William nicely!
Once everyone gets warmed up, we might even break into a pop-up karaoke jam! You never know what might happen at Pelkey’s!

Pelkey’s Tavern is looking for a mature, responsible, and friendly bartender to join our small roadhouse tavern family.

Must be 21 or older.

Experience is great, but we’re willing to train the right person!

What matters most is being dependable, personable, willing to learn, and ready to be part of the team.

Saturday daytime availability is required.

Must also be open to covering shifts with other team members when needed.
