This week's feature has salmon from Peterson's, green garlic from , asparagus, green garlic soubise, pickled mustard seeds and dill. Special bread has marinated shallots topped with fennel pollen and fresh chervil from our greenhouse. Our salads this week will feature salad mix (our new obsession).
