This week's feature has salmon from Peterson's, green garlic from , asparagus, green garlic soubise, pickled mustard seeds and dill. Special bread has marinated shallots topped with fennel pollen and fresh chervil from our greenhouse. Our salads this week will feature salad mix (our new obsession).
Dine in will be available soon, we are finishing up training, hiring and a killer wine list. In the meantime, you can pickup your order and eat it here. Oh and last week for the rhubarb hibiscus tiramisu. ✌️

Hey you. This week's feature has ground lamb from , feta, roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives, tzatziki, dill and mint. We also have a Milly bread special with smoked mozzarella and Benton's bacon with wild ramp ranch.
Tiramisu this week is rhubarb, hibiscus topped with strawberry powder and .farm violas. These go fast.

This week's feature has brown butter poached morels from , ramp greens, smoked mozzarella, ramp aioli and pickled ramps.
We have a Milly bread special with feta, za'atar, honey and sesame seeds.
Pistachio, cardamom, rose tiramisu are here but almost all spoken for.

This week's feature has burrata, our pizza chili crisp, ramp salsa verde with lots of fresh herbs.

Feeling funky. This week's feature has cherry wood smoked black garlic/tamarind Donko shiitake, roasted cremini ricotta, smoked mozzarella, garlic confit, enoki, lion's mane, truffle aioli, tarragon and chives.
Last week for the chocolate hazelnut tiramisu.

We are back at it and orders are stacking up. Shout out to our regulars, you guys are the coolest. This week's feature has lamb merguez made with lamb from , whipped feta, dried apricot jam, pickled red onion, nigella seeds, urfa chili flakes and fresh mint. New salads on. Soft serve still on break but we have some lovingly assembled tiramisu. see you soon.
