Fresh, Local, and Organic is here at Shiba Cafe!

A big thanks to all the farms who support this restaurant and the community: for their peppers and broccoli, .farm for their purple and gold cauliflower (pictured here) Riley Olson at Falls Farm for their cucumbers, for LOTS of green onion, for their eggplants and cilantro, 'sMarketGardens for their steady summer supply of spinach, and of course our farm just down the street from the restaurant for our year-round mushrooms and this year; swiss chard, radishes, basil, kale, and microgreens!

Also, this week only and while supplies last. A Social Media Special available only to those reading the whole post, because you can only get this special protein by request: Chicken of the Woods Mushroom 🍄🍄

Shiba Cafe will be CLOSED for lunch Friday July 17th due to weather and flash floods. We will be OPEN today for dinner though at 5 PM!

Enjoy some photos of the food (our Southwest style Chorizo Bowl, Yooper Bowl, Boba Bubble Milk Tea) in the meantime...

We will be CLOSED to participate in the parade at 6 PM. Eat some ramen, then come see Shiba in the parade after!

Shiba Cafe now has outdoor dining! We recently put in a large picnic table for the residents of Summit Place and customers of Shiba Cafe to enjoy the weather.

Just ask for a to-go order and a "to-go bowl" to go along with it, so you can enjoy your ramen here or anywhere!
