Honey cake has to be my new favorite thing! Sweet but not hurt your teeth sweet. I make a honey cinnamon buttercream to go with it. Also a hit tonight! With a new first for me catalyzed honey drizzle! In total it is a great grab and go cake! This is a 3 layer 6 inch cake and will easily feed 8-10 people great for smaller gatherings or larger families. This cake can be made bigger or even smaller at a 4 inch size.

Today we celebrate my littlest man! He’s not a baby anymore. We wanted all the colors so this is a 6 layers rainbow cake with fresh vanilla honey buttercream and edible fondant decor.
