It was my very desire to eat these tamales that got me hooked. I ventured to make a small batch and they turned out pretty good. I shared them with some friends and I knew others would appreciate them as well. So, I made more and more and more, week-by-week. The rest is history. I love making these tamales. My same friends continue to request tamales and they end up sharing the tamales with their friends. I'm made some new friends along the way.
