Our experience with JBX Seal Coating has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share it.

Last year, we hired them to fill our potholes, seal coat our parking lot, and repaint the parking lines. The work was originally scheduled for early September but wasn’t completed until late October. By then, we were told it was “too cold” to fill the potholes, so that part of the job was never done.

Thankfully, we had only paid 3/4 of the bill. We were assured they would return in the spring to complete the pothole repairs and redo the work as promised.

We reached out early this spring to get on their schedule and were told they don’t start until May. Since then, we’ve contacted them throughout May and all of June with little to no response.

Based on our personal experience, we cannot recommend doing business with JBX Seal Coating. We gave them every opportunity to make things right, but after months of trying to get a response, we’re still left with a parking lot that wasn’t completed as agreed.

If you’re looking for a company to seal coat your parking lot, I would encourage you to do your research before making a decision.

Little Oscar’s is looking for a VERY part-time server to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, family-owned diner, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in and get the job done.

A few things that make us different:
✅ We close at 3 PM every day
✅ Extremely low turnover
✅ Every one of our current servers has been with us for 5+ years
✅ Great customers and a supportive team

What we’re looking for:
✔ Reliable
✔ Hard-working
✔ Self-motivated
✔ Able to stay busy without being told what to do every five minutes

Let’s be honest—if you need someone to hold your hand, constantly remind you of your responsibilities, or babysit you through your shift, this probably isn’t the job for you. We’re looking for an adult who sees what needs to be done and does it.

Current schedule:
• One weekday shift and Sundays

Starting mid-August:
• Every other Tuesday
• Every Wednesday
• Every Sunday
