Founded by Chris Cree, New Jersey’s only Master of Wine, and one of only 53 MWs in the country, the Cree Wine Company offers wine lovers of all types a better way to experience, taste, and purchase wine. Inspired by Chris’s many visits to wine regions around the world, tasting and learning along the way, the Cree Wine Company aims to recreate those experiences in a casual setting where guests can

expand their knowledge and appreciation of wine, all while having fun and enjoying a glass (or two!). The Wine Bar and Tasting Room are now open with an ever changing selection of wines by the taste, glass and bottle! While we ramp up to a full opening we are offering a small menu of food pairings including charcuterie and cheese boards as well as a few hors d’oeuvres

Our online collection is a curated selection of wines from artisan growers around the world, from everyday affordable to fine and rare collectibles, all tasted and approved by our Chris and our wine team, as is growing every day! 🍂 NEW SEASON, NEW BITES.
As fall slowly approaches, we’re giving the menu a seasonal refresh with a few new dishes we can’t wait for you to try.

PORK BELLY
Nueske’s smoked pork belly, braised for nearly three hours in chicken stock and white w**e until irresistibly tender. Finished with a rich maple-bacon sauce made from the reduced braising liquid.
OCTOPUS
Tender octopus cooked in a flavorful pork and chicken stock, served with roasted red pepper, tomato, garlic, olive oil and saffron aioli. Finished with a roasted red and yellow pepper salad, chives, shallots and a dusting of smoked paprika.
HARVEST SALAD
Crisp Asian pear, nuts and creamy goat cheese come together in this fresh, seasonal salad that brings a little sweetness and texture to the table.

Our most anticipated event of the Summer is almost here! Join us Thursday, August 27 at 6:30PM for our 3rd Annual Paella Party!
The evening begins with a selection of Spanish tapas, followed Chef’s seafood paella prepared fresh in front of your eyes! In addition, we will be pouring a curated selection of Spanish w**es to pair. 🍷

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming some of New Jersey’s finest w**e producers to Cree W**e Company for the 2026 NJ Terroir W**e Showcase Welcome Reception!
Each year, the NJ Terroir W**e Showcase brings together both established and emerging w**eries to have their w**es tasted, evaluated and recognized by a distinguished panel of w**e experts, including our very own Master of W**e, Chris Cree !
It was an honor to host such a talented group and celebrate the continued growth and quality of New Jersey w**e. Congratulations to all of the participants! 🥂
