We slow-smoke every piece in-house, the way it’s meant to be done. Right now we’ve got salmon, tuna, and swordfish ready to go. Each one smoked differently, each one worth trying.

Most tanks use treated tap water. Ours are pumped and filtered with fresh ocean water. That’s what keeps the lobsters and clams tasting the way they should! like they never left the ocean. Come taste the difference.
