Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent people who went to work that morning expecting nothing more than an ordinary day. We honor the brave first responders who ran toward danger, placing the lives of others before their own.

Our hearts remain with every family that lost someone they loved. Their absence is still deeply felt, and their memories will live on forever.

As a small gesture of remembrance, if you have an American flag, we invite you to place it on the lawn at Buckley’s in memory of someone you lost—or someone whose sacrifice you are thankful for.

They are missed. They are honored. They will never be forgotten.

Our town of Southampton and beyond mourn the loss of a great member of our community, who gave selflessly in so many ways.
