To Our Maison Greene Family,
After months of praying, countless late-night conversations, and more tears than we can put into words, we have some very heavy news to share with you.
Many of you know that my mom moved back home to Mississippi at the beginning of the summer. She was our only family and support person here—the one who helped us juggle the behind-the-scenes chaos so we could keep the shop running while still being present for our kids. Without her here, we’ve been doing everything we can to manage the business and our family on our own.
Through prayer and a lot of soul-searching, it has become clear that we can’t give our family what they need and deserve while also continuing to run Maison Greene. We have felt God gently—and sometimes not so gently—guiding our hearts back home… back to our kids, our marriage, and our family.
It breaks our hearts to say this, but we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Maison Greene.
We want you to know this choice was not made lightly or quickly. It has absolutely nothing to do with this community or the incredible people who have walked through our doors day after day. In fact, you are one of the biggest blessings we gained from this journey.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
Thank you for showing up with kindness, with laughter, with patience, and with love.
Thank you for cheering us on, supporting our dreams, and allowing this little shop to become a bright, joy-filled place for so many.
You helped us create something truly special within these walls—something we will carry with us forever.
Our last day open will be December 7th.
We pray you’ll stand with us through this final week and help us close this chapter with the same warmth and joy you’ve given us since day one. Let’s fill this place one last time with the community, connection, and cups of happiness that made Maison Greene what it was.
We cannot express how grateful we are for each of you—for your loyalty, your encouragement, your smiles, and the way you became family to us. Closing this door is one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever made, but we know it’s the right one for our family in this season.
Thank you for being such an important part of our story.
