Shout out to my delivery elves today, especially my husband who lets me take on the insane challenge of making the dough and filling our fridges each Christmas in preparation for 23+ hours of rolling and filling orders 🤣. I was doing really good with cleaning up as I went this year, then got hit with last minute delivery changes right before my dad got here and he helped me verify/re-organize and re print my routes and make sure all the pans and cream cheese went to the right trains! After I got slowed down, I lost my stride and didn’t clean my dough bowls as well (going on hr 15/16 at that point) and he stepped in and made me breakfast and helped me wash my bowls. And after I finished hour 23, he helped me clean the kitchen and then went on the 4+ hour of “all over” delivery train! So sorry for the later deliveries, everyone, on that last route!
I couldn’t do it without them! Because let’s face it, I’d never make it after being up 38 hours with no sleep to be behind the wheel 🤣🤣🤣
