Update on Luis
We received the results from Luis's CT scan, and we are very thankful for some encouraging news.
The scan showed no specific evidence that the cancer has spread to his chest, abdomen, or pelvis. They did not see anything suspicious in his lungs, liver, bones, or other areas they examined.
There are a few small lymph nodes in his abdomen that the doctors want to keep an eye on with future scans. They are not enlarged, and the report does not identify them as cancerous.
So, while we know there is still a road ahead of us and we don't want to get ahead of ourselves, this was encouraging news for us to receive.
We continue to pray and trust God for a miracle, as surgery date approaches.
Thank you to everyone who has continued to pray for Luis. This is an answer to prayer and we trust that God will receive the honor and glory for Luis’s healing.
