DON'S Seafood

Over many years, we’ve had the honor of being part of our guests’ lives and the memories made around our tables.

This week, we had the honor of celebrating Mr. Phillip’s 90th birthday with our team in Hammond. Mr. Phillip, thank you for choosing Don’s to celebrate such an incredible milestone. We hope your 90th birthday was very special! 🥳

Happy National Oyster Day! 🦪🎉

Today’s the perfect excuse to grab a dozen (or two) of your favorite Gulf oysters.

Whether you love them raw, charbroiled, jacked up or fried, we’ve been serving up fresh Louisiana oysters with an ice-cold drink on the side for over 90 years.

🔥 Big Flavor. Traditional Cooking. 🔥

We’re proud to highlight that we’ve eliminated seed oils and cook exclusively with beef tallow.

Why beef tallow?
✔️ A traditional cooking fat
✔️ Ideal for high-heat cooking
✔️ Rich, savory flavor
✔️ Made with simple, quality ingredients

We stay true to the way great food should be made—with quality ingredients and a commitment to serving the best meal possible. Come taste the difference.

P.S. We have worked to eliminate artificial dyes from our hot sauce. More news on that coming soon! 👀
