The many faces of Todd Tuesday: let’s call this  face the Ohhhhhh face.

Ohhhhhh this is good! So, what is David Arthur Quattro Bianchi? It’s a cuvée made from four distinct Italian white grape varieties grown on the winery’s Mountain Estate. Most of these are definitely not your typical varietals. It’s 42% Ribolla Gialla, 22% Fiano, 20% Arneis, and 16% Coda di Volpe (an ancient, rare variety from the Campania region in Italy also known as Pallagrello). The flavor and profile is crisp and mineral driven with notes of citrus, green apple, white peach,  and lemon peel with a round mouth filling texture. The acidity is lively and bright with a clean and refreshing long finish. I humbly submit that this may be one of the best white wines I have ever had. If you can tolerate the price point of $49.99, I promise you, you will never go back to anything of a lesser quality. So, come on by and get one. It’s definitely worth the price!
