Hey Friends! We finally have the ALL CLEAR to open. We will open starting Monday with limited hours through the end of the year. Job Description:

Front of House:

Operate our cash register to help customers pay for their orders.

Serve customers in a fast and friendly way.

Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and lunch counter.

Back of house: *Prior Kitchen experience preferred*

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.

Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.

Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous food handling experience preferred, but not required

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent people skills

Available to work nights, weekends, and during other busy restaurant hours

Basic math skills

Ability to follow food health and safety guidelines

Good Morning Everyone! Due to inclement weather, we will not be barbecuing today. We will still have the Community Day with free samples to try. So come by and say hello!

Community Preview BBQ, this Saturday November 5th starting at 2pm. Come by and see the restaurant as well as sample some of our food. We will have BBQ for sale with all of our sides and fixins. Hope to see you Saturday!

We are super excited to debut our first 2 weeks of lunch menus starting November 7. We will be serving 2 different specials a day that will be available until they run out! Tentatively, we will have a soft opening on Saturday November 5. Stay tuned for more information on our staple menu and about the opening. Thank you for all of the support so far!
