🏀 WE’RE HIRING — and we’re looking for someone who makes things happen!
We are looking for a Local Marketing & Community Engagement Manager to take ownership of local marketing and community engagement across our ten Walk-On's restaurants.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, make-it-happen kind of role. You’ll work with restaurant leadership to build strong community relationships, create local initiatives, coordinate events and partnerships, keep calendars and deadlines on track, and turn great ideas into action.
We need someone who is:
💡 Full of ideas — and knows how to execute them
🤝 Great at building relationships in the community
📅 Organized and relentless about deadlines
🏆 Comfortable holding teams accountable
🚀 Proactive — you see an opportunity and run with it
🏀 And, of course, knows how to have a little fun along the way!
If you’re the person who naturally says “I’ve got it” and then actually gets it done, we want to meet you.
