If you visited Alexander’s today and the service fell short of what you expect from us, please accept our sincere apologies. Today brought an unexpected combination of personal challenges and medical testing that required management to be off site. On top of that, the experienced staff member scheduled to lead the shift did not show up — with no call or notice. As a result, our least experienced team members were left to run the deli.
Under those circumstances, our two newest team members did an admirable job doing their very best. Still, if you experienced an unusually long wait for your sandwich or were caught in the middle of the disruption, we are truly sorry.
We appreciate your patience, and we assure you that your next visit will reflect the level of service you deserve and expect from Alexander’s.
