It’s not a regular menu item because it’s not something that can be rushed or tuned for profit… it’s an item that we make authentically and entirely from scratch with Italian flour from our pasta is hand (not machine) rolled, our sauce from real Italian San Marzano tomatoes, our meat sourced locally and seasoned in house, our cheeses like grated fresh for each batch, thin sliced zucchini and vegetables, extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, each layer lovingly assembled with care, respect and attention to its origin… we make it purely out of love for our guests who we want to provide the best possible experience for…

Officially 6 years we’ve been serving you our best, and providing you with imported European groceries, cheese, meats and charcuterie…
This year we were unable to pull together the tent festival but possibly next year.
