Inspired by our grandmother, Marie-Sylvana, or "Man Moy," who organized konbits on her farm, we wanted to recreate the sense of community and togetherness she fostered. After working together, everyone would share a meal made from their harvest, celebrating their collective effort. At "Konbit," we aim to bring people together, sharing stories and enjoying the rich tapestry of Haitian culture. Our restaurant is adorned with vibrant Haitian art and filled with the aromas of traditional cuisine, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
