⭐️ Sneak peek at some “behind the scenes” clips ~ Yesterday was a GREAT day!!! It’s such an honor to be included in the upcoming Plymouth Magazine issue for December. I’ve done a few phone interviews over the summer and today was photos at the studio with the BEST team. Chris Emeott is incredible, professional, hilarious and he loves lefse… we love highlighting lefse and Scandinavian heritage, and Chris knew how to make the lefse shine and be the star of the show. Can’t wait to see how the whole article gets finalized in the coming weeks!!!

Your lefse lady just got a stick 🌟 upgrade 🌟!!! Actually I got this stick for Christmas last year, and I totally forgot about it because we were in the process of moving… but it’s beautiful. I can’t even count the thousands of sheets my first stick has rolled. And Luke even engraved it for me ❤️ here’s to many more sheets to roll with my new stick.
