On Sunday, October 12th, I will have Brisket, Pulled Pork and Ribs! I'm planning to cook overnight from Saturday Oct 11th into Sunday.

Gonna be cooking pork ribs this Saturaday, Septemer 6th! I'll have Mac&Cheese, Potato Salad, Cornbread, and for the first time ever, my own BBQ sauce! Get your orders in before they are all sold out — only 15 racks available!

Yesterday was incredible!

Thanks to so many friends and family, I was able to fill the entirety of my 500 gallon smoker! Since I'm still tuning in with the new smoker, I thank everyone that placed an order from the deepest parts of my heart. I love cooking and feeding people, so it was incredible to be able to fill the entire smoker. Talk about a dream come true!

I'll definitely be the first to say that there is room for improvement, but it's to be expected with anything when one first starts anything out. Again, thank you to those that ordered and showed interest - it gives me the chance to fire up the smoker and keep practicing this passion I have. I hope you all enjoyed your food!
