You’ll find Uncle Joe’s Diner right off the road in Hamburg, New York...and it’s the kind of place you wish you knew sooner. You come for big, fresh plates that never feel cheap. Breakfast shines with made-to-order omelets, breakfast sandwiches, good coffee, and eggs cooked right. Lunch and dinner hit hard with a top Reuben melt, BBQ bacon cheeseburgers, hot turkey, fried fish, poutine fries, and huge salads. Fries are fresh cut and great with gravy or malt vinegar. Portions are large, prices fair, and food comes out hot. The room feels homey with a fun retro look, spotless bathrooms, and easy parking. Staff hustle, stay friendly, and even take custom orders. Save room for lemon meringue, banana cream, apple pie, or other desserts. Kids eat well, and service stays fast.
