Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the overwhelming love, prayers, and condolences after the passing of my father, Harry “Papa” Varisco.

The outpouring of messages, calls, and support has meant more to me and my family than words can ever express. My father truly was everyone’s Papa — he loved deeply, worked endlessly, and dedicated his life to Blasdell Pizza and the people in it. His employees, customers, friends, and family were everything to him, and he treated so many like his own.

Hearing all the stories and memories you’ve shared has been both comforting and incredible. It reminds us just how many lives he touched and how much he gave to others throughout his life.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you who reached out and kept us in your thoughts and prayers. His legacy will live on through all of us and through the place he loved so much.

Thank you again for all the love and support during this very difficult time.

Today we lost my father papa Harry Varisco the heart and soul of Blasdell Pizza.
He dedicated his life to this business, and to all the people who walked through the doors—his employees and customers who became like family to him.
He loved what he built, and he loved all of you.
He will always be a legacy and helped so many people throughout the years.
