Many of you know the smiling faces behind Saigon Bangkok Restaurant in Hamburg. For years, Mon Mon Hla has warmly welcomed our guests with her kind smile and genuine care, making everyone who walks through our doors feel like family.
What many of our customers may not know is that Saigon Bangkok is truly a family effort. Mon Mon’s father is our head chef, her mother is one of our dedicated kitchen assistants, and together, their family has worked tirelessly to serve our community with pride, kindness, and love.
Today, their family is facing the unimaginable following the tragic disappearance of their 18-year-old son at the Niagara gorge. During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking our friends, customers, and community to come together and support a family that has given so much to all of us.
