Join us this Sunday from 12PM–5PM at The Yard in Green Isle!

We’ll be serving up our full BBQ lineup featuring our famous brisket and pulled pork! Platters and full meals will also be available, so there’s something for everyone.

Come out, grab some great food, and catch the Green Isle Irish taking on Carver!

Open to the public — you do NOT need to attend the game to stop by and eat!

We’ll be serving from 4PM–7PM… or until we sell out, so come hungry and come early!

Tonight’s lineup is all about our fresh ground brisket burgers—double patties, big flavor, and made to order:

🍔 The Queso Burger – $12.50
Two brisket patties on a fresh baked bun, topped with rich queso cheese sauce, crispy bacon, and corn chips.
Add jalapeños or sweet peppers for just 25¢

🥒 The Big Dill Burger – $12.50
Two brisket patties stacked with melted Bongards American cheese, bacon, and our house-made dill pickle aioli.

🍯 Hot Honey Bacon Cheeseburger – $11.50

Season Opener is tomorrow, 4/25! We’ll be at Carquest in Norwood Young America from 4–7 PM, or until sold out. This marks our 9th year slingin’ that delicious Q’, and we’re excited to kick off another great season with everyone.
We’ll be serving up our famous hickory-smoked brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. After holding prices steady for the past three years, we’ve had to make a small increase on our brisket and pork. It wasn’t a decision we wanted to make, but it was necessary—and we’re still priced well below many others.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again and getting the season started right!

Doing some taste testing for the upcoming season, and this sandwich absolutely delivered.

It starts with a pork roast, seasoned with our signature pork rub, grilled to lock in that flavorful char, and sliced thinr for the perfect bite. We pile sweet peppers, pineapple, bacon, a drizzle of teriyaki sauce, and melted Swiss cheese — all served on a hoagie bun.

This one’s a serious contender for being on the menu for Steak Sandwich Night's.
