What a day cooking for The Friends of the 261 passengers and volunteers! It came with panic, anxiety, and joy. Long story short, scheduled help had a flat tire, unexpected help stepped in, scheduled help showed up after a flat tire fixed and helped. All went off like it was planned without problems. Thank you all who were a part of this event!

We're also rolling out a new point-of-sale system today. As we get familiar with it, online ordering will be disabled. Because of that, the website may show that we're "Closed," but don't worry—we're open and ready to serve! It simply means online ordering isn't available just yet.

Unfortunately, I don't have a great photo of our Cuban sandwich yet, so I'm giving our Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich a little time in the spotlight. Trust me—the description of the Cuban is enough to make your mouth water!

After today's private catering event, we'll be taking a little break and won't be back out serving until after the July 4th weekend.

A huge thank you to everyone who has stopped by, supported us, and kept us busy so far this season. We appreciate every order and every customer.
