Yesterday we had the opportunity to spend the afternoon on the square for the July 4th on the 5th celebration & serve up a little ice cream! 🍦 🇺🇸
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who shared our post, stopped by to see us, and supported our little business. Your encouragement truly means so much to us, and we're grateful.
This was a brand-new experience for us, and we knew there would be a few kinks to work through. Every scoop we served taught us something new, and we're excited to take what we learned and make things even better for next time.

We will open today at 1 on the square with the ICE CREAM menu! This is new to us so I guess you could say it’s a “soft opening” We will NOT sell catfish today! We will have Loaded fries! There will be a slight wait time (5-10 min) for ROLLED ice cream because as of now we are working with one machine. But we will make it worth the wait. Please share. 🎉🇺🇸🍦🍨❄️

-We fish - Mississippi River
-Clean & process - always Denton (he has his ways)
-We prep our own sauces - Tartar & Taco
-We set up & cook - (there is a process)
-Clean up -

We do not set up as often as we’d like! That is due to not having fish or because we are catering.

We are grateful for the support and word of mouth that has been passed along!!
