Yesterday was hard.
Three Red Ox Haystackers & an All Meat Omelette was my last ticket for the day. As I finish the order I started thinking about all the years Ox has been open, all the folks/families that have eaten here -millions orders & I’ve just cooked THE LAST ONE. Beyond my control I cried. Although I’m able to find another job, the friends that I’ve found in my co-workers & customers can’t be replaced. Still hard to believe
