UPDATE: The police were contacted and she has come and apologized, explained that she was not aware it was counterfiet, and paid her bill. Thank you to the community for helping locate her and thank you to her for coming in to make payment.

🚨 COMMUNITY ALERT — PLEASE BE AWARE!

We wanted to let our customers know that fake currency was used at Blue Stone this weekend. This individual had a pink Nirvana t-shirt on, she left while waiting for her food and came back in with a snake around her neck. Unfortunately, we’ve also been informed by our local bank that a few other local businesses were affected as well.

We’re sharing this to help make everyone in our community aware. Please take a moment to look over your cash when making or receiving payments, especially larger bills.

We’re a small local business, and situations like this can have a real impact. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support as we work to keep our business and our community protected. ❤️
