Meet Aiden, one of my amazing culinary students with a big dream — to own his very own food truck one day! 🍔🔥 He’s been working hard in the kitchen, learning everything from flavor development to business skills, and now he has the incredible opportunity to attend the 2026 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago! 🇺🇸👨‍🍳

This event will give him hands-on experience with industry professionals, cutting-edge trends, and the inspiration to take his culinary career to the next level. 🙌
