To our customer that came in to get banana splits.

I usually do not respond to many interactions but this one is warranted.

We ordered banana split containers and the wrong ones arrived. We reordered and were making do with what was sent to us while waiting. Businesses do receive wrong items just as private consumers.

We did however have a work around but was not given the opportunity to tell you that before you left abruptly or we could have given you a different container with a lid.

We apologize for an inconvenience but we could've fulfilled your order had we be given that opportunity.
