Payment can be made via cash or Venmo at pickup.

By the time you pick it up the pork will have a nice, slow 18 hour smoke!

Hello Haines! Bubba Blu’s will be back this Saturday the 17th! All orders will be to go, and pick up will be from 4-6 at the Haines school cafeteria.

We will be selling our smoked pulled pork, rice, and veggie bowls for $18. You MUST pre order via the link attached below. There will also be QR codes around town that you can scan to place your order. We will accept cash, or Venmo at pickup. Spread the word!

Once max orders have been reached, the form will be closed. So make sure you place your order sooner rather than later!

Some exciting news, we have a phenomenal baker in the family! Makayla Copinga Tideman will be selling her rum chocolate chip cookies at pickup for $2!! These will be first come first serve so make sure to schedule your pickup time early if you have a sweet tooth! Trust me, you don’t want to miss out!

Hello Haines!! Bubba Blu’s BBQ is back in town for the winter! We will be catering the Hot Shots/NRA event this Saturday October 14th at 7PM! Make sure to get your tickets! It’s a doozy of a menu: Slow smoked Brisket, Smoked Mac&Cheese, Beans, potatoes, and salad!

We will be doing pop ups and catering throughout the winter. For information on catering please direct message our page!

We wanted to take some time to announce what Bubba’s would look like moving forward. Due to some restrictions and our current situation, we can only legally do a pop up about once a month. With that being said, we will do them as frequently as possible. One option that we will pursue moving forward is catering. Again, we will continue with pop ups around once a month. But we can cater as frequently as needed, as there are different regulations. So if you have an event coming up, and would like some BBQ, give us a shout! (Direct message me on Facebook)

Also, in the holiday spirit, we will be smoking and donating one full sized Turkey on Christmas Day. If anyone knows a family in need or who has just been down on their luck lately, please inbox us.

Hello! We would like to apologize for the delay. Due to an unforeseen tragedy that occurred within our family, we had some other business to attend to. We are excited to announce that we will be back in business this Saturday, December 3rd with a pop-up! To start things off it will be pre order only. Please make sure to keep an eye out for more information on our page. We will post a menu, pre-order link, as well as time and location tomorrow, Thursday the 1st. Thank you to everyone who came to support the volleyball team! Unfortunately, we sold out before everyone could get a taste. Now we have an idea of the quantity that we will need to prepare. We will be back soon! All of the proceeds from last night will be going to the Haines Glacier Bears volleyball team! We hope to see you all again soon! So much appreciation for Haines 💚
