Well, we are officially back home from Georgia! Made it in around 8:15 tonight—with one very necessary stop at Dora's Pizza, our favorite restaurant in town, for a pizza of deliciousness to go. 🍕
Just mention The Green Rocker to Dominique and Sebastian at Dora's… you’ll see! 🤣
Tomorrow we start unloading the trailer… then turn right around and start loading for a shop restock this week at Bless This Mess.
We spent ALL DAY shopping Friday, and I haven’t shown y’all a single thing we found for one reason: Trina says I always show too much while we’re still away. She wants everybody surprised when that trailer opens up this time. So we’re doing it her way! 🤣🤣 ...this time.
But I can give you a few little hints…
We found one of those beautiful rounded-top display cabinets—OMG, it is something else. We picked up some of those pie safes (in black, white and natural) I’ve been telling y’all about, the most unique huge horse head you may have ever seen, and HUGE wooden wall butterflies that butterfly lovers are going to be drooling over.
And don’t wait too long to decide on those butterflies—I honestly don’t think they’ll make it through the day.
Plus more of those awesome blank leather-covered spell books with torn-look pages, more of those black and gold cast-iron “Insane Asylum” signs that everybody loves, and seriously… so much more.

And by the way, the delivery, decorating, and our little mobile reupholstering gig all went great at the lakehouse. The Taylors are ecstatic with how everything turned out, and that makes all the hard work worthwhile.
Paisley Petunia is tired. I’m tired. Mama’s tired. But we’re all safe, healthy, and mighty glad to be back home... for now 🤪
