Although, only given 28 days, we’re ready to deliver what was our space, known as the ICC restaurant. I want to clear up rumors, I am a person that is responsible and honest. I fulfilled it by proving to be hard working to get my daughters ahead and clarifying that my rent payments were met month by month. This was my second job, the first lasted almost 12 years. I was able to achieve my dreams and desires from it and it was known as the ICC Restaurant for almost 6 year. Thank you first to God and each one of my clients for having made it possible. Thank you to friends and my daughters for being by my side and having believed in me. For my girls I gave and give them the best example that everything is possible in this life, nothing is impossible and this is not a defeat. I have been through worse and I have risen with much more strength. I will be available for job offers and I will continue working as a private cook, any event or dinner planner, interior design/room redecorating, and I’m available for any other serious job inquiries. 👩‍🍳🎉🤍

DEAR VALUED CUSTOMERS,

FROM- INTERNATIONAL COWBOY COCINA RESTAURANT

On September 2nd I received the 30 day notice saying I have to vacate on 9/30

Due to the increasing cost of doing business in our valley, it is with great sadness in our hearts that we must alert you to our impending closure. This is due to a 65% increase in rent, as well as the denial of an extended lease. September 15th will be the last day before we close our doors. We started with an ambitious dream and we thank you all for making it possible. We hope that our place will continue to be part of your memories in a moment around the table celebrating a special day, or simply meeting with your loved ones. We ask that you continue this spirit of community. Our dream is not closing and we look forward to serving you in some way in the future. Thank you very much for being a part of this for 5 years and 9 months. New projects in the future will be announced on my page.

9-18/23 I will have equipment sales and everything related. Once again, thank you very much to each of my work team and to each of you for all the great support, my daughters and I, we will be eternally grateful. God bless you always.
