A beautiful Saturday today for a little catering event for some good friends. Pit beef, pulled pork, mac and cheese, cowboy beans, coleslaw, and our BBQ and horseradish sauces - all homemade.

Last weekend we were blessed to be in beautiful Swannanoa, NC at the KCBS Battle of the Blue Ridge held at the KOA Asheville East supporting 1 Patriot Project.

A little wet at times but an overall successful weekend! We were a crowd pleaser serving up some delicious BBQ, enhanced and learned additional competition skills, enjoyed spending time with the local fire department, and even brought back 5th place dessert with an izzled and drizzled smoked chocolate chip cookie!

Help Wanted – Event Staff Needed!

Smokin’ Good Eats is looking for 2–3 dependable event helpers for Smoke on the Rails on July 24–26 at 1 Playground Alley, New Freedom, PA.

This is a temporary, event-only opportunity to help us during one of our busy weekend

Event Schedule:
Friday, July 24: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Saturday, July 25: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Sunday, July 26: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Meals and drinks are included while you’re working.
