It was a small convenience store packed with just about everything they could get their hands on—subs, groceries, fried chicken, pizza—you name it. Ronnie’s motto was always: “Yes, we have it!”
At just 10 years old,
their son Mike Byers was already working alongside his dad, standing on a wooden Barq’s Root Beer crate to slice meat for customers. He quickly became a favorite among both customers and salesmen. In 1987, Mike opened a second location in Hagerstown, MD—the same one we proudly operate today. In 1994, he officially purchased the business from his father, carrying on the Byers family tradition. Now in 2025, we’re proud to say our third generation is involved too. Mike’s son Jeremy and daughter Kaylin are both active in the business, helping us grow while staying true to our roots. We remain proudly family owned and operated. For the past 38 years, our Hagerstown store has offered everything from Hot & Cold Subs, Sandwiches, Fried Chicken, Wings, Deli, Burgers, Fries, Shakes, Ice Cream, Groceries, Lottery, To***co, Vapes, Western Union, Check Cashing, Coin Exchange, Bill Pay, and more. Ronnie’s motto from 1959 still rings true today: “Yes, we have it!”
And we’re proud to keep that legacy going—serving our community with heart, just like he did.
